A simple experiment that may falsify Einstein relativity

This simple experimental setup can disprove Einstein relativity, by determining the temporal order of positron creation and annihilation in a gamma photon interaction with a metal atom nucleus in the foil target.

Only Osiak relativity predicts that positrons travel backwards in time from their creation event when a gamma photon strikes the metal foil.

Because a positron is a stable particle, the run-out can be arbitrarily long, allowing the positron annihilation to precede the electron detection by an arbitrarily large time interval.
